BitQaan records connected public wallet addresses for verification. The current customer application does not collect wallet private keys or recovery phrases.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your email sign-in, password, Google connection, profile, sessions, device registrations, and pending security credentials are removed or anonymized.
  • Your account can no longer be accessed, and this action cannot be undone.
  • Financial, purchase, migration, transfer, fraud-prevention, security, and audit records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
  • Public blockchain transactions and addresses cannot be erased from the blockchain.
