1. About These Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of app.bitqaan.com, your BitQaan customer account, wallet connection functionality, portfolio views, token project applications, and other supported BitQaan services.

By creating an account, signing in, connecting a wallet, submitting information, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. About BitQaan

In these Terms, BitQaan, we, us, and our mean the operator of the BitQaan customer platform at app.bitqaan.com.

You can contact BitQaan through the support or contact channels made available in the app or on official BitQaan websites. Do not send private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, or wallet seed words to support.

3. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to use BitQaan, use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, satisfy any identity or compliance requirements that apply to a service, and not use BitQaan where prohibited by law.

Some features may be restricted by location, account status, legal requirements, risk controls, or product availability.

4. Account Registration

The current application supports email/password and Google account creation, email verification, session-based sign-in, password reset, and account status checks.

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, using accurate account information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access or account compromise.

5. BitQaan Account vs Blockchain Wallet

A BitQaan account is your customer account on app.bitqaan.com. A blockchain wallet is a separate tool that controls blockchain addresses and transactions.

Based on the current customer application, BitQaan records connected public wallet addresses, wallet verification status, account relationships, and related timestamps. The current customer application does not collect or store private keys or wallet recovery phrases.

Connecting a wallet does not transfer ownership of private keys to BitQaan unless a future custody service expressly says otherwise in separate approved terms.

6. Connected Wallets

Wallet connection may require a compatible browser wallet, a public wallet address, and a signed verification message used to establish wallet control.

You are responsible for checking addresses, networks, transaction details, wallet provider prompts, and any network fees. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and incorrect addresses or networks may result in permanent loss.

7. Bull Wallet

Where the app references Bull Wallet, the reference must be read according to functionality actually available at the time you use it. Current web app wallet functionality depends on compatible wallet-provider behavior and does not itself take custody of private keys.

Do not assume any Bull Wallet feature is custodial, insured, or fully available unless that feature is expressly deployed and covered by product terms or notices.

8. Portfolio Information

Portfolio information may depend on public blockchain data, BitQaan public APIs, indexers, network availability, and supported asset metadata.

Portfolio information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or different from a wallet provider or block explorer. It is informational only and is not financial advice or a guaranteed valuation.

9. Business Coins and Tokens

Token and Business Coin information is informational unless a specific transaction service is formally opened under additional terms.

Approval or display of a token project does not mean BitQaan endorses it as an investment, guarantees its business performance, guarantees its value, or recommends that any customer buy, sell, hold, or use it.

10. Token Project Applications

The current application supports customer-scoped token project drafts and submissions using company, contact, project, token, supply, decimals, optional chain, and notes fields.

Submission does not guarantee approval, token deployment, listing, Exchange admission, market value, liquidity, or availability. Applicants are responsible for truthful information and for having rights to materials they submit.

11. BitQaan and BullChain Relationship

BitQaan uses Bull Chain-related wallet, portfolio, receive, and activity concepts where supported by the current application and public APIs.

Public blockchain records may be visible, permanent, immutable, or practically irreversible. BitQaan should not be described as able to reverse blockchain transactions unless that is technically available for the relevant transaction.

12. Exchange

If Exchange access is referenced, it may require separate approval, separate terms, country restrictions, identity or compliance checks, and may be unavailable to some users.

Wallet ownership or wallet verification does not automatically grant Exchange access.

13. Purchases and Future Transaction Features

These Terms do not activate any disabled purchasing, marketplace, migration, token purchase, trading, custody, deposit, withdrawal, or investment workflow.

Future transaction services may be subject to eligibility, geographic restrictions, additional terms, fees, compliance checks, risk disclosures, operational limits, and service availability.

14. Fees

Applicable fees, if any, will be disclosed before the relevant transaction or service is confirmed.

Network fees, wallet-provider fees, payment-provider fees, or service fees may apply where disclosed.

15. User Responsibilities

You must protect credentials, protect wallet recovery information, verify transaction details, comply with applicable law, avoid fraud, avoid market manipulation, avoid impersonation, and avoid interfering with service infrastructure.

Never send private keys or recovery phrases to BitQaan support.

16. Prohibited Use

You must not use BitQaan for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, illegal activity, hacking, malware, account abuse, market manipulation, unauthorised automated access, or infringement of third-party rights.

BitQaan may restrict access or report activity where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or third parties.

17. Suspension and Termination

BitQaan may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, legal obligations, account compromise, terms violations, system protection, or similar legitimate reasons.

Where possible and lawful, BitQaan may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue, but urgent security or legal situations may require immediate action.

18. Intellectual Property

BitQaan branding, software, interfaces, content, and platform materials are owned by BitQaan or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

Subject to these Terms, users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the platform for its supported customer purposes.

19. Third-Party Services

The platform may interact with wallet providers, blockchain infrastructure, public APIs, analytics where present, hosting providers, email providers, payment providers where applicable, and other third-party systems.

BitQaan is not responsible for third-party systems beyond what applicable law permits.

20. Service Availability

Services may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, security events, blockchain congestion, third-party interruptions, or network failures.

BitQaan does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

21. No Financial Advice

Information on BitQaan does not constitute personalised investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice unless explicitly provided by an appropriately authorised person.

Customers should make independent decisions and consider professional advice where appropriate.

22. Liability

BitQaan is responsible for losses that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, BitQaan is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure credentials or wallet secrets, incorrect wallet addresses or networks, third-party wallet or blockchain failures, unsupported services, or events outside BitQaan's reasonable control.

23. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply as far as legally possible.

24. Changes to Terms

BitQaan may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes should be notified in advance where appropriate, with clear effective dates.

If you do not accept updated Terms, you may need to stop using affected services.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to operate alongside rights and obligations that apply under the laws relevant to BitQaan, its services, and each user. Mandatory legal rights that apply to you are not limited by this section.

Disputes should first be raised through BitQaan support so the issue can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved.

26. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact BitQaan through the support or complaints channels made available in the app or on official BitQaan websites.

BitQaan will review complaints in good faith and may request information needed to investigate the issue.

27. Contact

For account, support, legal, or privacy questions, use the official BitQaan contact channels made available in the app or on official BitQaan websites.

Never include private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, or wallet seed words in support requests.
